Every RONEGN 20,000mAh power bank has four charging cables integrated into the body — Lightning, USB-C (Type-C), Micro-USB and USB-A — plus additional USB-A and USB-C ports. You can charge almost any phone or tablet straight from the pack, with no extra cords to carry.
How fast does it charge, and how many devices at once?
The USB-C port delivers up to 22.5W fast charging (20W for iOS devices) — up to 3× faster than a standard charger, reaching about 70% in 30 minutes on supported phones. With the built-in cables and ports combined, you can power up to five devices at the same time.
How do I read the digital display?
The bright LED screen shows remaining battery as an exact percentage, accurate to 1% — no more four-light guessing. A fast-charge indicator lights up the moment high-speed charging is active, so you always know exactly where you stand.
How do I charge the power bank itself?
You can recharge the bank three different ways — through the USB-C input or the built-in cables. For the first use, we recommend charging it fully. A complete recharge from empty takes a few hours depending on the wall adapter you use (a 20W+ USB-C charger is fastest).
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes. At 20,000mAh (approx. 74Wh) the power bank is within standard airline carry-on limits and is airline-approved. Always pack it in your carry-on bag rather than checked luggage, in line with airline and TSA rules.
What size and weight is it? What colors are available?
It's slim and pocket-friendly at about 0.53 lb (240 g) — smaller than an iPhone 15. Choose from eight soft-touch finishes: Navy Blue, Cloud White, Graphite Black, Blush Pink, Lilac Purple, Mint Green, Sand Beige and Coral Red.
Is it safe for my devices?
Yes. Built-in overcharge and short-circuit protection guard every connected device, and the cell is made with Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified materials. If you ever notice unusual heat or behavior, stop using it and contact us.
