Every RONEGN power bank is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your unit stops charging, won't power on, or the display fails under normal use, contact us and we'll make it right.

Damage from misuse, disassembly, or use outside the product's rated specifications isn't covered. Normal capacity variation over the battery's life is expected.
